Office Manager

We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team.
As an Office Manager, your main focus will be to make sure that everything runs smoothly while working with our teams and assisting them.
Responsibilities:
- Handle and manage purchase orders and requests
- Notify and manage deliveries and couriers
- Partner with the teams to run an effective day-to-day business operation
- Support company-wide teams in their daily assignments
Requirements:
- At least 1-year experience as an office manager – a must
- Good at juggling tasks and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- Assist finance tasks as needed
- A great team player, a peoples person
- A critical thinker with strong attention to detail
- Full proficiency in computers and using google suite (docs, sheets, slides)
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills – all work and emails are in English
The perfect candidate also has:
- Experience working in a high tech company
- Prior startup experience
