Responsibilities:

• Work closely with all teams to scale up and mechanize our production processes
• Work with external consultants and machine suppliers to source and build the company’s future product lines and processes
• Create process and machine specifications, including rates, energy and infrastructure COGS, FTE requirements, and identifications of process bottlenecks.
• Conduct techno economic modeling of our process and competing processes
• Plan our pilot plant in collaboration w. consultants and other team members 
• Manage technical procurement, and engage with suppliers and consultants independently
• Manage the process from raw materials to a product, including project management, planning, and BOM
• Prototype technical solutions for other teams, including hands-on prototyping in our inhouse workshop (gigs, machine hacks etc., simple electronics and mechanics)
